The primary task of the Ukrainian Royal Family is to provide support to the TRHs the Grand Prince and Grand Princess and other members of the Royal House in their daily duties.

The Ukrainian Royal Family is responsible for the processing of personal data. We handle your personal data with great care. This privacy statement provides information about how we do this.

What personal data do we process?

We only process personal data that is required for the specific purpose for which it was collected. For example, if you are a guest at an event, for correspondence and/or if you provided us with the data yourself. We never process more personal data than is strictly necessary.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the GDPR Implementation Act, and any other applicable legislation.

Automated decision-making

The Ukrainian Royal Family does not take decisions based on automatic processing on matters that may affect a person or persons.

Retention period for personal data

The Ukrainian Royal Family does not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Your personal data will be retained for up to one year after an event has taken place, unless it is expected that you will be invited to future events in your professional capacity. In this case your personal data will be retained until it is no longer relevant for this purpose. 

Sharing personal data with third parties

The Ukrainian Royal Family always processes your personal data in accordance with a valid legal basis. In addition, it makes agreements and takes measures to ensure a reliable, fair and careful data-sharing process. The same applies to the sharing of data with other countries. Personal data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

We enter into an agreement with any parties that process your data at our request. This ensures a uniform level of data protection and confidentiality. The Ukrainian Royal Family remains ultimately responsible for such instances of data processing.

If the Ukrainian Royal Family processes your personal data, you have a number of rights. You can ask for access to your processed data or request that your data be rectified, erased, restricted or moved.
